SCT Tuner Backup

Is there any way to back up your tunes on your computer from the tuner? I have 3 tunes from Brenspeed and I am going to get one from BAMA, but I want to save the tunes that I have?

I always made sure to save the file on my desktop when I got an e-mail tune through Bama/AM. Not sure if you can upload from the tuner to the computer or anything like that though
