Went to get my SCT tuner ready for my tune that's getting e-mailed to me tomorrow. Got the tuner but missing the cord that plugs in from the tuner into my laptop. I was wondering if that cord is a specailty item or can I just go to the local computer or automation store and buy one? Thxs and as always any info would be appreciated.

 

It's just a standard USB 2.0 compatible cable. A lot of printers use them. If you've got a printer, check that cable. Otherwise, buy the cheapest USB 2.0 cable you can find. They're all decent quality these days. There's no need for gold or platinum connectors. It's all marketing... just like the Camaro.
