Default Diablo question

I will be purchasing my new tuner in the next few days and I was wondering if there was anything i needed to change after running the 93 octane setup.

By change i mean anything "extra" i need to program for my setup that is on my car that the 93 octane program will not pick up...see SIG for setup

Thanks for the input..i know very little about these tuners right now.
Will I need a custom tune????

The heads and intake will ideally need some custom tuning, as well as the off road pipe to disable the rear O2s.

Thanks for the info. I do have O2 Elimnators on but I think they are bad now due to a check engine light. This car needs a tune SO BAD..its still on the factory ECU which has somehow been able to keep up with all the changes but now it seems bogged down since the O2's went out but only on the front end. The top end seems to be OK since I am able to keep up with a new GT with mods flying down the highway
