Interior trim question.
Hello everyone,
I own a 2009 V6 'Stang. As you're probably aware, the base V6 model doesn't come with much along the lines of interior styling. There's no dashboard trim or anything- it's totally bland.
Obviously, I'm not happy with this. Originally, I bought a really cheap kind on ebay for around $40. When I ordered it, I was expecting solid plastic pieces- unfortunately, it turned out to be glorified sticker paper, and not only was it riddled with bubbles and mis-cuts, it simply peeled off after a couple of weeks. I'm not satisifed with that.
So, now I want to spend a little more money and get the real deal instead of working on the cheap, like I should have to begin with. I want to get some brushed aluminum interior trim that's actually hard plastic fittings and NOT sticker stuff, so I'm looking for some suggestions.
Something in the $100-250 price range would be nice- I'm not looking to absolutely kill my wallet, but I do want something that is very durable, reliable, and looks great. Anyone have suggestions for where I can buy some really good interior trim?
Thanks.
