If you have a V6, go with a JLT CAI and Tuner from American Muscle

If you have a V8, Steeda is usually a good brand.

And Bama tunes from what I've heard so far if a very good group to work with, great with Custom Tunes, and amazing customer service.

Yes it will be noticable. No, it wont be faster then a V8 fast though. But esp if you have an auto, throttle lag will be gone, car will shift smoother and quicker, better off the line accleration, it will make a good difference yes with a quality tune.
You can run whatever gas you have the car tuned for, 87, 89, 91 or 93. Just whatever you have it tuned for, put that gas in.
And K@N is a brand name of intake filters, it's a good brand. Pretty much all the stuff they make is solid. So is JLT and C@L intakes as well.
