I had an issue with my sct unit with bad stock file. Upon calling into SCT they set up a remote connection to my laptop/sct unit and reloaded file, updated drivers, firmware and Tune revision. I was totatly impressed with their knowledge and customer service..

 

just had to chime in. I too had a similar issue and was floored by there step by step walk through and troubleshooting. Great customer care!

 

Good to know. looking to buy a CAI and tuner soon. Mostare offering this model.
