Default install help

ok, so i am royally pissed off at my local exhaust shop. they installed my original exhaust system no problem. however, now i bought new mufflers and tips to get put on, and they said that "its company policy that they only install products purchased from them" and when i brought up the fact that i purchased my exhaust system online they said "well that was against company policy and that it will never happen again" so now i am stuck with brand new flowmasters and exhaust tips with no knowledge of how to install either. anyone have any ideas?

A LOT of shops have that policy. It covers thier asses from damage claims. Just find another shop. Then if you want to **** off the old shop, get a hold of the owner, let him/her know what happened, and let them know you are more than happy to spend your money elsewhere, and will tell your friends, family and anyone else you can get a hold of to NOT spend thier money at his/her shop as well.
I did that up here, and the owner about had a cow with his manager.

It's kinda funny too. The independant shops usually do a much better job too.
