Default muffler

hi, i posted this in the exhaust thread but i need a answer real soon because i wanna get this thing today. i have no money at all....seems like a lot of us dont....but i wanted to just get a flowmaster 40 and put it on my stock exhaust. i know it wont do much but it will be better than stock by at least a little. would just sliding it on and puttin a few muffler clamps on do just fine for me? i would rather not go to a shop for something that dumb.

me and my buddy put a new muffler on his truck like that.... we just cut the old muffler out and put the new one on with a couple clamps from autozone. worked great!

get a Force muffler from www.summitracing.com part#FRC-5201

they are basically identical to a flowmaster 40 in sound and manufacture but are $29.88 a muffler instead of $70+ for the Flowmaster

yea i have seen a lot about the force mufflers on here. i just wasnt and am still not positive about them because it seems any time i buy something thats cheaper i end up gettin ripped off so i stopped that a long time ago. i dont know what im gonna do. for what im doing it will probably be just fine to go with one of the force mufflers.

and here is the clip of Xenocides car from www.3.8mustang.com
it sounds exactly like my 98 with Flowmaster 40's but i think the quality is better with the Force mufflers

i'm pretty sure i have force mufflers because the previous owner referred to them as flowmasters but they don't say flowmaster anywhere on them and they look like the mufflers in that thread. i need to get something straight through cause of my turbo...some day...but they sound alright for now.
