i just bought the bbk cold air intake system throttle body and thorrtle body spacer and it is night and day. added 30 horse power. plus it makes the engine sound deeper and when your giving it gas the CAI has a really awsome sucking air sound.

I hate to burst your bubble..the CAI adds MAYBE 8-10 MAX..the T/B can actually lose some power for you unless you port the intake to match the T/B, and the spacer is a total waste of money.

well, justin from VMP has a twin turbo 3.8L v6 that runs 10s in the 1/4 mile. hows that for potential?

is he running that on the stock block?

yes, 17 psi, stock motor, DD

ya right, these arent cobras i think you have an extra 0 in there after the number, that is aboot all you will get

The 3.8Ls are fairly hard to get good hp gains out of them, but they are a torque making power house. But stock the engines can take up to around 300 hp, but I would never push it past 225 with stock internals.
