Sometimes i will be driving on CC... just wonderin when i press the ON button is a light supose to come on so u can know if the CC is ON or OFF? cuz everytime i press the ON button no light shows up...

Is this in every mustang or?

 

yeah i thought a light would turn on too, cuz my dads stratus got a light that turns on wen CC is on, but i guess mustangs don got it

 

Mine don't have a light.

 

Most Ford's don't. Same with my F150.

99-04 mustangs don't have a light, don't know about 05-06. My wife's Escape had one in both her 02 and her 06 so... ??

since we're talking about CC, what the F does coast do?

 

it slows down the car as long as you hold it down...its just like when you hold the set/accelerate button to speed up only its the opposite....it that doesnt make sinse because i cant find the right words just go try it....when ur on cruise hold the coast button

 

each time you hit coast you go slow down by 1 mph, accel is increased by 2 mph
