What do you think my RWHP is now...soon i plan on getting a sct tuner, what would be the change in HP then?

around 160 stock, CAI is aboot 4, did you port the intake? if not you gain nothing from the TB, and the spacer doesnt do jack, exhause is probably about 5, and UD pullies is around 7-8, sooo, proably around 170 to the wheels

Plus with those mods, if you get the tuner, you can pick up from about 15-20 extra HP with the tuner. DEPENDING on the tune.
