How much does it cost do get an intake ported to a TB?

it's free if you have a drill or rotary tool with the right bits

Agreed. Make a template of the T/B opening and use a dremmel to port the intake to the right size. BUT! Be careful to keep it round, and don't leave any gouges. Take your time and take it slow and easy. It's not that dificult.
