i wanted to get underdrive pulleys and i had a few questions. 1 i am not sure if i have an early model or late model 2000 mustang....how would i find this out. and 2 i have an alpine head unit and alpine amp and subs. will underdrive pulleys affect these at all? the amp is a 250 watt amp and the subs are 10 type s if it helps any

They have pics of the different Ud pullies for the early and late model on most sites that you buy from. Actually most sites will help you figure it out too. As for the sound system if your charging system and battery are good then you will be fine I wouldnt worry about it. They dont affect it that much

 

The difference in the years deals with minor variations on the intake, the pulley set up is exactly the same. Look at my audio setup, I have no problems whatsoever with charging.

 

Nope, there are 2 different pulleys for the 1999-early 2000 and late 2000-2004.
