Easy killer, one Q at a time!

For the turbo idear, you can safely run 11PSI on the stock(yes, 100% stock) motor and drivetrain. Try www.tmaturbo.com, they sell Turbo kits for our cars and have videos and dyno sheets. There is a guy on there running either 7 or 9PSI on an otherwise stock '02 V6 Mustang, and hes putting jsut under 300 HP and around 350rwtq to the ground. There is a video in there of him running an '02 Z28 camaro and winning.

As for the more aggressive cam, you should look into either getting a TMA turbo set up or:

Going Full bolt ons
Then more aggressive cam
Then high performance 2V heads ala www.supersixmotorsports.com
Then rip out the stock 7.5" rear end in your car and replace it with an 8.8 from a Mustang GT
Then go either SC or TMA Turbo at 10 psi and have a VERY wicked six shooter.

If I were you, I'd go for the second of the two. But thats just me.

superchargers take HP to make HP

talk to this guy justin from here^^^ he is running 17 psi through an internally stock essex and aboot 430 HP

also, get a 8.8 rear end, out of a mach 1 preferably, then you have a t-lok and 3.55 gears (perfect for a turbo) if you want to keep the 7.5, which i highly dont recomend, you will need 3.45 gears, either way though, even if you get the GT rear end, get a detroit or auburn posi unit instead of a t-lok, also talk to cobra232 about it if he doesnt wander in here in a bit
