Default Could I hit 14's?

Is it at all possible to hit 14's with the following mods:

- 65mm throttle body (with ported intake to match)
- True duals with flowmaster 40's
- u/d pulleys
- MAC CAI
- 3.73 gears and T-lok
- Cobra rims with performance tires

These mods would be on a 99' V6 stang 5spd.

Also.....does anyone have a rough guess of what hp/tq I'd be pushing with these mods?

I've heard the T/B is a worthless mod on a mostly stock car. I think you'll be looking at consistent mid-low 15s.

lets see...

flow 40's, CAI, and UD Pulleys~maybe 15 RWHP max
TB: meh
3.73 gears: that should be great with the accleration, just curious, why didnt u go with the 4.10's?

in any case, a stock manual v6 is capable of mid 15's, so you should be at low-mid 15s now. i think if u had the 4.10's, ud be there at 14.9 with that manual tranny

I would not go 4:10s if I had the money to go with gears either. I would go 3:73s for sure just because i wouldnt want it to hurt my top end and I also wouldnt want it to kill my gas mileage. O and dont forget about the annying whine of the 4:10s

Yeah you can hit 14s with those upgrades, but you would have to have that all tuned. With a manual tranny you can maybe even run mid 14s if your a bad *** driver

with all those mods your running around 175rwhp to 180rwhp...but if you get it tuned, then maybe around mid to high 180rwhp...thats around 220 to 230 hp at the crank

1.) if installed correctly gears dont whine
2.) 03yellowpony gets better mpg then me with 4.10s then stock 3.27s
3.) they lower your top end, so you raise your top speed alot of people use these terms interchangably, you will have a higher top speed with 4.10s then stock
