What do you guys think of adding a new throttle body on my v6 i added the cai already, do you think adding a throttle body is worth the extra horses? thanks

 

well you have to have the intake ported, but untill you get some more mods it wont do much

 

On a stock engine, yes a cai is stock, maybe 5 rwhp at best, because the TB only works best with a fully ported upper and lower intake, as well as port matched heads, and a cam swap, that's what TBs are intended for, I know, I have one, but my mod list should be the bare minimum as to what you should have on your car to add on a TB, I say get some underdrive pulleys, or keep saving up for a true flow dual exhaust system.

 

I already have the true dual, 40's on both

 

Well then get the pulleys, or save up for a port and polish job with a cam swap, because a Tb is needed for that mod.
