First off, i wouldn't run a car stock w/ forced induction....yes you can, but why??? If you do, maybe around 6 to 8psi, but like the other guy said, upgrade fuel and rear end, then you can push it up a bit more(10-12) or maybe higher...then again if its your daily driver, i wont be pushing the psi so high...MPG sucks[:@]

careful buddy. we don't like mis-information spread as fact. i get 24MPG highway with a 10psi vortech'd 04 GT. that's better than most 6ers get stock. also, with a turbo, if you're just "daily driving", odds are you aren't going to be anywhere near boost (2400-3000).

You can run 28psi on stock internals.

For about 30 seconds.

Well it sounds to me like if I get a turbo or supercharger I dont need to spend the ungodly amount to get forged internals because 8-10psi would be plenty for me.

Also....I assume you can adjust how much boost/psi you want within seconds inside the car? Or am I wrong here?

boost is determined by the size of the pulley you have..smaller size is more boost..you don't turn a switch LOL
