I happened to come across something on a post (but I can't remember which one), where somebody mentioned that Ohio recently got rid of their E-Check emissions testing. I haven't heard about this for whatever reason and was just wondering if there was any truth to it, since I wanna get an exhaust soon. I fit is then I can go ahead and get the off-road X instead of the catted one and get a little better tone.

Yeah, that covered it and it showed what I figured it would. Looks like the catted X is in my future instead of the off-road.
