I picked up a stock 94 cobra h pipe from my neighbors trash and was wondering if anyone could tell me if it would fit my 2001 3.8L.

 

Nope, GT or Cobra h or x pipes won't work, they mount up differently to the headers at different angles. You may be able to "MAKE" it work, but don't get your hopes up, and one more thing, the 99-04s are like 4" longer than the 94-98s, to the h pipe may not line up right with your exhaust, or it may cause them to come out too short in length to work.
