cheap spacers means real dangerous....anything to do with wheels should be done with caution....ie cheap tires

for cars that have like 10 or 10.5 in. rims they are needed to clear the suspension. but for all of the guys that are talking about them now, it give the car a better looking stance because it moves the wheels out from the fender a little bit.

A few years back, I ran over a board on the interstate that roe the lip of one of my wheels. I found this guy that sells custom wheels to dealers. Well, when he puts the new wheels on the car, he basically steals the orginal factory wheels. I bought a set of wheels off a new 2005. By the way, they have a much higher sidewall on the tires. But I needed spacers to run them. He just gave me a set of universal spacers. They works well, and I haven't had any problems at all. I spent $325 for new wheels, tires, and spacers! I couldn't have put tires on the car for that. Later, I'm going to go back to a lower profile tire.

Make me an offer. These are 1" and they push my 9.5" wheels out about a half inch too far because my wheels are already offset. These are adapters, so they bolt on to your hub and your wheels bolt to the adapter. I paid around 100 bux if I remember correctly. You will have to cut the exes stud off before re-installing your wheels in most cases. Or I'll trade for half inch adapters.
