Default 4cyl conversion.. ?

Hey guys, just out of curiosity what would it take to create a monster?

Im considering purchasing a 4cyl notch w/ t5 and swapping for a 2v 4.6/t45 (im on a budget cant afford a 4v 4.6 nor a t56). Im curious what other components need to be swapped for the benefit of performance, Im concerned about breaks, rear end, etc.

Experties is needed, thanks

for some reason even a 2v 4.6 doesn't exactly scream "budget" to me. why not just go 5.0 if you're not working with a ton of dough?

From what i research I had better luck finding a 99+ 4.6 2v with low milage for a the same price I can get a 5.0 in worse shape. Plus performance plays a factor.

if performance plays a factor then why go with the one that you have to get a bunch of random expensive parts to complete the swap and a lot of wiring headache instead of using the amount you save to mod the 5.0 which is a lot easier to switch in?

I guess, but in any case even if i got with a carbed 5 are the chassis components the same as a gt. Such as the rear end, breaks, etc.?
