Default Engine misfire

Are our sixers supposed to throw a code for this, and could it be caused by the need of new plugs/wires

Yes your comp does throw a code for engine misfire, ive had tonz of experience with this issue lately... half of my cylinders have now misfired =\ the light will keep blinking until the engine is shut off or stops misfiring. There are a lot reasons for misfire too; coil pack, spark plugs, spark plug wires, water in cylinder(headgaskek blown), oil dripping on spark plug (valve not sealing), not enough fuel, not enough air, pistion ring broken, and so on.

It can throw more than 1 code at a time, what is it doing that makes you think its misfiring?

If your motor shakes abnormally then its misfiring, if you want i can take a vid of mine shaking so you can compare yours, my fifth cylinder is still misfiring atm. So im going to just get a new motor, i cant firgure it out, its not any of the igntion stuff its not a head gasket, its not the valve train, i really dont know what it is =( so im going to get a new motor!!

Does yours shake at idle or when you rev. Or does it have a minor shake when accelerating at low speeds
