can someone tell me where the factory amp is located? when installing a new radio does it have to be removed?

sorry I dont know where it is but I know it definitely has to be removed in order to put in an aftermarket head unit

there is a stereo section you should put this in. this isnt really the right forum but you dont have to remove it...at least i didnt. i didnt need to on my mustang or the camaro i use to have.
