Default HELP!!!

Hey,

i was driving to work on saturday, and while driving through the parking lot my car dies for no apparent reason, so i try starting it up again, wont start, so i got a couple of guys from work to push me into a parking spot, and my car hasent moved since, i got the battery charged, still wont start, it'll turn over but thats it, i dont think its the fuel pump 'cause i can flood it, but i have no idea other then that, any help would be greatly appreciated

thanx lots

my only thought would be TFI module, the thing mounted on the distributor, but if they go the engine usually starts back up when it cools down

do the 3.8's have a timing belt or chain? if belt that could be the problem too

yeah, me and a friend of mine were looking at it and thats wat we figured it was, but by any chance does anyone know if there is anything between the coil and TFI? just wondering so if there is we can check it.

actually, I just thought of another thing, by any chance did the rotor inside your distribotor cap break? or the distributor cap let go or something? that would do it. things to check anyway

no its not the distributor, we checked back to the coil and we still dont get anything so its past teh coil, but we're not sure if theres anything that it could be between the coil and the TFI? if anyone know if there is or not it would be a huge help.

thanx
