How about all of the above. They're all great mods, but here's the order in which I would do things.
1.) CAI
2.) Pulleys
3.) X pipe/exhaust
4.) Tuner
5.) Short Throw
6.) Gears/T-Lok
7.) Wheels/Tires
8.) 4.3 L stroker (or port and polish your stock heads, much cheaper)/cam/injectors/Throttle Body.

Here's a revised list with some approx prices.
1.) CAI - $130
2.) Pulleys - $70
3.) X pipe/exhaust - $200-300 for an x pipe, $100-800 for the exhaust, all depends on the company
4.) Tuner - $400 new, $275 off of ebay
5.) Gears/T-Lok - $140 or so for the gears, $200 for the T-Lok, add in around $100 for the oil, 23 tooth speedo gear, and bearing kit, +around $300 for the install, although my install will be much cheaper as a friend of the familiy is going to help me with mine.
6.) Short Shifter - $200 or less
7.) Wheels/Tires - $400-$2000 depends on brand and quality
8.) 4.3 L stroker (or port and polish your stock heads, much cheaper or do a single port to split port swap)/cam/injectors/Throttle Body. $2000+

go with their stage 2 single port heads, get the same power as a split, and add a m90 supercharger

Well if you basically get a stage two split port kit, you get 2 times the power.

I was thinking about getting the super six stage 3 power pack with the ssx upper intake. then a stroker and then a turbo with intake and injectors and headers, then exhaust, then rearend, then short shifter.
