Default Headers for 3.8

Hey guys I have an '04 3.8 and I want to give it a better sound and a little more power. Problem is I cant decide on long or short tube headers. I know that if you lower the car with the eibach kit long tubes will scrape bumps. Also has anyone used Pypes products I was curious as to their quality.

mustangman is right but if you still are intersted in headers i would go with long tube headers, may cost more in some cases but its worth it in the end

That's not true mustangman, headers can really lighten the wallet.

Headers give you about as much HP as an intake, for 4 times as much money. (or something like that) What I'm getting at is, they're not worth it unless you're going to be doing major engine upgrades and putting a blower on it.

in turn making the car lighter so your car picks up .0000000000000000000000000000002 seconds in the quarter mile

Long Tubes will give you some tone. Short will make for a tad bit louder exhaust.
I was going to go with long tubes but there is no real advantage.
