Default Manual Transmission

Ok, well I want to switch my Auto to Manual. Auto 2.3L are slow as heck......enough to drive a man crazy. And I am about to go to collage so I don't want to be spending a crap load just yet.

So what I would like to know is exactly what ALL parts I will be needing for this switch, to make it proper. Thank you to anyone willing to take the time to make that list for me. It is greatly appretiated.

this was for a GTS i think
Transmission
flywheel
bell housing (on some years)
torque tube
rear cross member
brake pedal
shift lever and trim

You will need to add the following:
clutch kit
intermediate plate
short shaft
guide tube
pilot bearing
clutch arm
pivot bushing
clutch slave
clutch master
clutch lines
shift coupler
forward ball socket
shift rods
You will also need to modify your firewall to install the clutch master.
i mean take your pick for every car is different, wasn't able to find nething on a ford mustang tranny swap.
