Diablo problems, need some help

Diablo problems, need some help
ok well i bought the tuner used off of a friend, and have used it a few times before with no problem. yesterday i went back to change some of the parameters, and when i went to install it and turn the key on to start installing the tune, keep having problems with it never starting. it gives me the same thing each time it says did not read ignition on, performence module already installed. i don't understand, cause i have used it before. i have tried setting it back to stock, no luck. tried disconnecting the battery to let it reset, no luck. sorry for the long post, i just wanted to let everyone that may have an idea know what i have tried.

yes it had been used prior, but the guy swapped it all back. i have used it about 4 or 5 times, i'm just now having problems and have no idea why.

like i said yes it was used by another car, but i HAVE indeed used it with success prior to me having trouble. it gives me the option, but won't allow me to put it back to stock.
