Default Exhaust, CAI, rims

hope this doesnt double post... New mustang owner. I have an 01 electric green V6 vert. Im planning on doing a couple mods over the next couple months. I want New exhaust, CAI, and possibly new rims.

The exhaust i was thinking of getting was the magnaflow exhaust. http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/shopexd.asp?zone=American&id=280. from what i hear its not ricey and it has great sound. only bad thing i have heard is that at low rpms it drones. i dont want it too loud cause its a vert but i still want it to sound mean.

CAI. Im planning on MAC fenderwll system. Only thing i have concerns about is I hear they make alot of noise on the passenger side. Other than that im happy with that CAI.

Rims. I recently saw the rims on a 06' GT and fell in love. Since i don't know how to put a pic on here this is a like to a guy who has some on ebay ATM. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=8072021909&sspa gename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT. i love them but i dont know how bad or good they would look on my 01' vert.

Im looking at spending about 500 on exhaust, 200 on CAI and the rims are just a extra add on. Not gonna get any ATM if those won't look good.

Well if you're getting magnaflow, don't get a V6 cat back kit, go to http://www.mustangtuning.com/ get a V6 x pipe, then go to ebay and get a Magnaflow GT catback system (you can usually get on there fairly cheap with free shipping, and yes, they are real Mag kits). On the cai, depending on how well you install it depends on how much noise it will make, but if you get everything tight, you'll only hear a sucking noise inside the car and it's not that loud.
