Default pulley install

well i went to get my pulleys installed today and dropped my car off and went to work. They called me and said the "dummy pulley" was pushing the belt down to far and it was rubbing another part of the belt. They said they did not start the car because it would tare up the belt. They tried 3 different belts and nothing changed. They are the pulley kit from rmp outlet. On a 04 3.9 mustang. They are now looking for a smaller dummy pulley. What do i do.

Contact RPM and ask them for the CORRECT belt. Wait a sec, I have the sleeve for the correct belt...

Mine only had 1 belt, and yes it was close to other things. REALLY close. But nothing ever rubbed.

well i went by and they still had it set up to what they said was to close which was a little more than a quater width between the dummy pulley and the balancer so i drove around to see if i would have any problems and no prob as of now. I think its jsut supposted to be a close fit and they thought it was a little to close.
any way saving up for my next mods

thanks again
