Duplicolor came out with it. They claim it washes off with soap and water. But I agree, I wouldn't put anything on a nice paint job without being absolutly sure it will A) wash completely off, and B) won't hurt the paint in any way.

I've never heard of the washable paint, but it seems kinda pointless. Eventually it would wash off, and then your car would look weird.

If you want racing stripes but don't want them permanently or aren't sure if you like them, go with some vinyl decals. They look like they are painted and its much cheaper. I got mine for $40 from baltimorestreetmods.com and did them myself. I still get tons of compliments on them and I did them a year ago.

Maybe he wants to rob a bank and do it like they do in the movies. Paint it one color, rob the bank they go through a car wash and switch the plates

The vinyl?

Should remove without any hassle. I removed my mustang rocker panel stripes and the dealer logo with a hairdryer and it took maybe a half hour total. It peels right off.
