Sounds like the P/S pump is ready to go. I have a 00 V6 myself and just over 100K on my car. Mine is starting to wail sometimes. I'm not familiar with the Procharger setups. Do they use one drive belt to run all the accesories and the charger itself? Extra drag caused by the charger is probably pushing your P/S bearings to the brink of death wth teh extra load.

(Did you have to remove the P/S pulley at all?)

When you have to bleed out a P/S system, you have to turn the wheel all the way to the right, and bump it a few times there, then to the left and bump it a few times there, STOP..add fluid and repeat until the system is free of air. SOMETIMES the fluid will foam. If so, either wait til the foam is gone, or remove the foam somehow. If you allow the foam back into the lines, and rack, it defeats the purpose of bleeding.
