Default Procharger Install

Well, I have started the install of my procharger system it has taken longer than i expected.....I received the procharger before I got the fuel pump, Injectors, Tuner, and the Spark plugs! I installed the Intercooler an ran the piping as much as possible I ordered this kit off of RPMOUTLET.COM....an they didn't tell me that the injectors were on backorder From Ford Racing an this is my daily driver so i couldn't go for the full install yet! But i talked to them this morning an everything is being shipped next day air! Off the subject for a sec...I also just got my 4.10 Gears an posi-trac this kit wasw supposed to come with timkin bearings an i didn't get them BECAUSE they were on backorder also!! But anyways i have been taking pics an video of the install i will post them when i am finished just thought i would give a quick update!

11psi!....Went as big as i could go with stock internals...i also upgraded to the 3 core intercooler because i know me an after the excitment of 11 psi goes away i WILL wont more so just made sense because the intercooler is the hardest part of the install just look in between your bumber an radiator try to fit something (intercooler) 16x27x3!!! so i just wanted to get it out of the way!

Well....This is the most difficult bolt on i have ever done! For one when you get ur instructions from Procharger you might as well throw them out so far i have had to fabricate tubing, make adjustments to how the procharger is mounted an remove alot of stuff that it didn't call for! The S/C is supposed to be a reverse mount well the main bracket does not allow this so i have to have my outlet facing the ground...no big deal but this is not part of the design! I started at 3:45 an i just came in from the garage! An i am still not finished i have the S/C installed belt on i just have to run in the morning an get some tubing made.....But i keep telling myself "Well it is aftermarket" but I spent 3700 dollars so i expected a pretty secure sysytem...well think again this is very difficult an frustrating!!!! Thats it for now will post more later....later all
