just pull them. the clips that hold them are most likely going to break anyways.

oh i have another question...when you buy them do they come painted already?...im looking at the ones from mrbodykit.com

No they dont come painted unless stated other wise, if you want to get them painted, expect another 100 bucks for a quality job
