Default gt take off help

what exactly is a gt take off. A catback from a gt with no mufflers? or what.. What would be the diffrence in me doing a straight dual all the way to the back? pics if possible. Cause i dont really want pipes sticking out the back id like them dumped. Only want it if it makes a sound diffrence or not. Also should i get a xpipe or hpipe or leave it true dual?

GT take offs are GT catback exhaust from just behind the catalattic converters back, yes they come with GT exhaust. My buddy had them on his 00 V6, and while their OK, they failed in comparison to my Magnaflows. I say if you can't afford anything else, then get them, but aftermarket is always the best way to go. I say run an off road V6 x pipe, with Magnaflow GT cat backs for the best sound possible, but an off road h pipe with Flowmaster 40s and or 50s would be a good second.

I didnt think they came with mufflers. I have flowmaster 40s waiting to be put on but I didnt know if just dumping them like hotrod did before would sound the best.
