I got the 8.8 rear off eaby for $530, to me it was an excellent deal b/c after labor and parts it was going to cost approx. $1200 to beef up the 7.5" rear. I drove to Orlando to pick it up so i didnt have to pay freight costs. Also the rear i got was out of a 2003 mach 1 and only had 17,000 miles, plus it has 3.55 gears which are stock for the mach 1's. Then i paid a shop 200 for install. I didnt have the tools or time for the rear end job, otherwise i woulda done it. I did do the supercharger insall tho, what a pain in the ***.

What did you serch for on Ebay?

8.8" rear , it took me a few months of deciding and searching on what i was going to do. Then as time was narrowing, b/c i wanted it in before the supercharger, i found it on ebay and started bidding. I lost several times before i got the one i ended up with.
