You are gonna hear a couple things for exhaust. Basically, Flowmaster or Magnaflow are gonna be your best bet if you want a cat back system. You could also get some gt takeoffs (pipes cut from a gt) and swap the mufflers. This Place has Force mufflers that have a lifetime warrenty and sound just like the Fowmasters but for $30.

As far as the chip goes, dont do it. Get a hand tuner (diablo or SCT) from Here, you can adjust the tune plus save the original settings, has 3 preset tunes, you can adjust shift points and remove the governer and more. They retail for about $400.

+1 jefferson just one more thing, check out MAC catbacks as well they work wonders with sixers and arent as expensive as flowmaster or magnaflow. just something else to check into.

X-pipe for mild tone with high end sound control and quality, h pipe for a louder more aggressive tone, just watch the upper revs. Magnaflow for the win, but if that's too pricey then go with Flowmaster 40s or 50s, but those are about the only exhaust systems, outside of Borla, that I reccommend.
