I think I lost about 35 when I swapped mine for a standard seat.

Not too sure, but if I had to guess, I'd say around 60lbs or more.

Anyone know how much weight you lose with a rear seat delete?

I highly doubt you lose 50 lbs from taking out the rear seat... I took mine out for a rear seat delete and can say that it does not weigh 50 lbs... I would personally say it would be the last thing that you would do if you had a car that goes to the strip a lot, or if you are like me, and nobody sits back there, then it's fine.

Some things you can remove to reduce weight, rubberized undercoating, the sound deadening stuff under the carpet (-/+ 30lbs.), get a fiberglass hood (20lbs?), get racing seats for the front up to 50lbs per seat, inner fenders, smog pump and air tubes, emissions stuff (if you can in your state), get an aluminum driveshaft, remove the spare and jack/tools, just my .02.
