Default please help

i know i cant get serious horses out of my 97 3.8 v6 but my car is slow i need some more power bad!!! i mean my cousins cavalier can out run me mostly b/c his is a 5 speed and mine is an automatic any way its still embarassing i mean MUSTANG-sports car CAVALIER-economy car (why lord is he out running me) should i start running 93 octane gas or will the difference be worth the price what about the power shots and fuel boosters i can buy for like 8 bucks anything imean if i got a tune up would that help?please i need some power bad!!!!!

A higher octane is not going to do anything except waste your money, you will want to start off with the basic bolt-ons:

Cold Air Intake
Dual-Exhaust ystem
Underdrive pulley
Hand Tuner to fix up that sloppy auto tranny and to tune the car
and Gears and a t-lok (posi)

and if your feeling fancy...a m-90 supercharger. You will have to ask around about that as Im lost when it comes to that stuff. Try Cobra232 or Mr. Merk

Autobadges.com can fix up up with alot of this stuff you can also try some of the other sponsors like RPM Outlet
