Default Engine question

So this is hypothetical right now but a possibility for the future. I found a place that sells complete Mach 1 engines and i was wondering if it would work in my 2001 V6?

yea, does it include the tranny? rear end? suspention? drive shaft? complete wireing harness? can you deal with an OBD II system?
