well im 17 so theres no possible way that i can ever afford a BRAND NEW mustang... my dad has an 05 Mustang GT thuough... I just want a lil more power and i was wondering should i buy all these parts or save for a new car... i only got this car oh since january...and i cant put on a supercharger ( if i had the oney anyways ) on a car that alrwady has 104 thousand on it... and i dont really want to get rid of the 6 cause it Does get good gas milage and im afraid if i get a GT im not going to be ably to pay for gas...im going to be going to college and so far after my senior year i might be going to ferris which is about 2 hours from here and my mom wont let me dorm.... so im goig to be doing alot of driving i think...so maybe withink 6 YEARS lol i might be ably to get an 05 GT for a reasonable price

Unless i can sell my car for a decent price and get a nice GT...

i just dont know if i should spend all my money on this car and then get rid of it :-/

Woa woa woa.....2 hours commute for college and your mom wont let you move out? Sorry to say....you are screwed haha. That is NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT practical at all. I literally dropped my pizza when I read that. Just...wow...2 hours and you cant move out? Yea it is 2 hours one way, but you will NOT get all your classes all in one trip. Most likely you will wake up 3 hours before your first class, sit around for atleast another hour before another, and so on. Don't think about your car and think about your schooling situation here. Wow.......thats crazy...Even 45 minute commutes take its toll on you eventually. There is a reason dorms are on campus to begin with.

Well I'll put it this way, I owned a 98 V6, and as you can see, not no more.

Yea, if you get an old 5.0L your insurence will actually be cheaper than your V6, and will get the same if not better mpg than the sixer.

If you wanted to sell your car, you'd get about 4500-5000 at most. New edge 6er's are around 6000-14000 depending on the year and mileage. New edge GT's are anywhere from 9000-17000 again depending on year, mileage, etc.
