Default Hook up Subs and Amp to Factory Stereo?

Is it possible to hook up some subs and an amp to a factory stereo? I really like my stereo, and, I don't wanna use one of those cheap plastic kits to make up for all of the extra room left from removing the huge factory stereo.

Why are you gonna hook up an amp to your stereo, because that's how it came out? Yes it will work, hooks up the same way an aftermarket stereo does, oh, I think you mean run the amp off the battery and run the subs off the amp then hook the amp up to the stereo for power.

Yep first you start off going, man this is gonna be easy, then an hour later the head scrathing begins, then about an hour later, you've went through two beers, then about 5 hours later you've lost all hope and are drunk as can be, and 12 hours later you wake up either inside, or besides your car going, what the hell was I doing.

there are not jacks on the back of the stock deck, You will need a LLC. Low level converter, which ties off the speaker wires and gives you rca outputs.
