lighting question

lighting question
hi i am a new member and have a few questions..i posted some pics and ifo about my car here https://mustangforums.com/m_1710153/...tm.htm#1710153
1st thing i am gonna change about it is the rims the stock ones are fugly in my opinion,i dont want anything flashy just some 5 spoke cobra type rims..anyway lights are my main question i seen these on ebay -----> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-98...QQcmdZViewItem
has anyone installed these or seen a 97 with them? i was also curious about the bulbs how long they last if they are legal etc?
any info will be great

Well I kinda like Halos, but, just like you said, that's my opinion. I think they would look ok, but I would have to see what they look before I were to think about getting them. And I would also need to know if those are legal in So Cal...Cuz ya'll know they're b****es around here!

Well I've installed the Halo Fog lights, hooked the halo part to the low beams so when lights are on so are the halo's. I'd say there pretty cool looking. Kind of a very soft light blue glow is all, not bright light the pic's show them.
