They sure do! Its the same kit for all the Ford AODE/4R70W trannies. You can find them here

YES, it will make your car shift harder, and faster which will quicken up your accelleration a little.

Yes, because the tuner can only increse your stock tranny's performance, once the shift kit is on with the same tune, it would be even that much more aggressive, hell you may find yourself detuning your tranny.

I'm gonna assume it's probably anywhere from $250-500, but not sure on this.

I paid $300 CDN for a race shop to do it. I has been worth EVERY penny!
