Im fixing up some **** collision damage on my car and there is a sort of plastic harness attaching the front bumper to the frame, since im fixing the car myself im having some trouble locating this piece if anyone could help or even kno what its called I would really appreciate it thanks.

 

My car has been wrecked before, and the styrofoam piece of the bumper was held on with an assload of tape. So when I put it back on after painting the car, it was put back on with an assload of tape.
