how many miles was on the black GT?

 

Jesus Christ, $21,000? Well New Orleans is a bit different than CO, there are plenty of GT's, TA's, and Camaro's to make me go to a different dealership ... This guy was really nice though. I'm waiting for the guy from the Toyota dealership to get back to me on the Tan GT because that is the car I liked best...

yeah that 02 vert for 21 K?? i wouldve laughed and spit in their faces with that crappy offer, thats like a big insult. you can find used 05 GT's for that price. but yeah that seems like a bad deal on the 02 black GT too, almost 60K miles. that could easily be a low 12, high 11 car. id say go with the car you had in the original post, esp if you can talk down the price.

 

Yea, a few things I didn't like though were that A) He had never seen the car, B) he couldn't tell me if there were any problems, C) it was driven on the causeway on a daily basis (known for eating up cars ...). I'll need to give it a thorough rust inspection FOR SURE, and after that It'll hopefully be clear sailing. I don't want to committ until I get the Toyota guys to respond to me though.

 

Yeah, like I said they're real proud of their cars in this town... I choked when he said 21K maybe 12k- 13k, but not 21K.

Every car dealer really jacks up the price here and they don't deal... Bought one car in this town years ago and found out I could have drove 50 miles up the road to Colorado Springs and saved 4 grand!

It did have a lot of after market parts on it but not 9 grand worth...

They also have 2005 Roush for 33k... with only 4600 miles on it... Still a lilltle steep...

 

you can get a mach1 for 21k. hell, for a couple grand more you can get an 03 cobra.

Same here ... They are both the same price, which is why I am heavily leaning towards the tan one. I can't help but wonder if they sold it though, because the day after I sent e-mails to the Blue GT and the Black GT I got a call and an e-mail... I wonder what is taking the Toyota dealership so long? It's already been 1 day! lol

If I had the choice I would have to go with the Tan one because it has less miles and looks damn sharp ...
