Default Quick Question

This is just a quick parts question.

What parts would I need to change my automatic 2004 V6 into a full-fledged 5-Speed manual? I talked to someoen I worked with and he named off some parts like a new flywheel, but what other parts. I'm trying to compile an official list and get prices for myself to see how lung it would take me to save up and pay for the work.

A T-45 tranny, the better out of two main types availible, a new flywheel, a clutch kit and your ecu to be reset, and that's about all I know of.

pedals?...lol...and the ecu needs to be reset because it currently is "thinking" the engine is hooked up to a 4speed tranny that shifts itself instead of a 5speed that shifts when you want it to

its a t-5 buddy

you need, tranny, crossmember/tranny mounts, pedal assembly, cluch linkage, shifter/linkage, new drive shaft possibly, and probably a few other things

my .$.02, sell it and buy a stick or trans go shift kit w/manual valve bodes, gears and LSD, and a higher speed stall TC

You will need a clutch/brake pedal assembly, clutch cable, pcm, wiring harness, flywheel, clutch fork, clutch, transmission, shifter, shifter bezel, driveshaft, crossmember, transmission mount, and a bellhousing. The new pcm will have to be reprogrammed for anti-theft purposes. I did the swap in my 98 for $1200.

You got all those parts and had the job done with $1200? It seems like it would be more than that...
