my defintion of rice is a F4G in a gay car; any car with unecessary mods on it; any non american piece of ****, or american cars with unecessary mods on them (i have seen mustang ricers) and any other gay cars i dont like.

Ricer - any car, domestic or import, that looks faster than it really is, typical ricers have a mile high wing, fart can, home fitted ebay fiberglass body kit, home painted, and typically are so slow they can't even get out of their own way.

Yes, they do, just google civic, eclipse, or any other popular rice cars and you'll see them. Only thing is they make fun of V6 mustangs, camaros, and other somewhat less than perfect street cars and think they are Gods, but as soon as you slam a moded V6 or just a stock V8 in their face they go hide in the woods.
