Either the SCT or DiabloSport will do that and plenty more. IMO, the DiabloSport is much easier to use than the SCT unit.

Damn, I already get only 20-21 mph hwy, you tring to kill me.
Oh, that is with some minor exhaust problems though so I'm sure I can get those numbers up a hair.
