Getting a 5 speed tranny from a junkyard and taking a chance with it lasting or not or rebuilding a 5 speed tranny that has a good casing but messed up internals.

Please let me know, cause either way i'll be spending about 300 on a 5 speed for my 95 3.8.

ok so i see nobody can help me here so im gonna wing it most likely and try to find a dead 5 speed, and attempt a rebuild of the tranny myself. It'll be one hell of a challenge but oh well.

If you all have any specs of how the gears and everything for the 5 speed should be then drop them in here.

I have to get my stang going again, cause im tired of dealing my the damn cavalier already.
